Basement Wall Restoration

Basement Wall Cover

 Before Photo

1900's House on Franklin Ave in Columbus

This is a basement limestone wall , had the mortar joints deteriorating from the entire wall of the basement . We start with grinding all the old mortar joints out between the stone. We then fill all the joints with a new high-strength  mortar that bonds well with the old limestone. We then coat the entire surface of the walls from top to bottom with a rubberized coating to help prevent water leaks. The rubber coating comes white in color but can be painted whatever color the customer chooses . The end result gives it a structurally secure along with a beautiful color finished appearance.

Westerville Car Wash Repair

This is a car wash in Westerville Ohio that needed the mortar joints re-pointed. Each bay and the exterior walls needed repairs. Due to all the moisture from the water, the mortar joints were damaged and even the brick faces were starting to deteriorate . After grinding all the damaged joints we then tuck-pointed the walls with new mortar. After the repair we applied  a clear brick sealer to keep the moisture out and help save the bricks from future damage.

Video Inspection of a wood stove pipe

We offer full video inspections it is a very important procedure to see if there are any cracks or hazards that can cause chimney fires. This is a very reliable inspection that we offer our customers. A video inspection is vital to ensure the safe operation of your fireplace/ wood stove it tells us everything we need to know in order to consider it safe to use. Your chimney should be cleaned at least once a year and have an inspection for proper maintenance.
